Where are meetings held?
Meetings can take place at your home, workplace or our office.
Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?
I don’t charge for initial meetings. This is when I explain the services, charges and advice process.
What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?
As part of my process, I will gather information about your income and expenditure, assets and liabilities. Alongside these, I’ll also require existing investments, pensions and insurance, as well as any information regarding these.
How long should I allow for an initial meeting?
The introductory phase of the process should take no longer than 30 minutes. If you move on to the information-gathering phase, please allow around two hours in total. However, it will depend on your personal circumstances.
Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?
If you do not wish to continue after the introduction phase of the meeting, then you do not have to.

Are you independent?
Yes. My advice process is focused on the best outcome for clients. I recommend suitable and appropriate products and services from the whole of market.
How do you get paid?
I can get paid by charging you fees, receiving a commission, or a combination of both. As part of our initial meeting, I will discuss the options available to you, depending on the advice or services you require.
Do you charge VAT?
Some of my services require me to charge VAT. I will inform you if this is the case.
